About Eva Cockrell Cake Design
I am Eva, a pastry chef and a dietitian with over 14 years of experience in modern cake design.
Founded in Cyprus and now based in Yardley Gobion, on the border of Milton Keynes and Northampton. Eva Cockrell Cake Design focuses exclusively on bold, elegant, statement wedding cakes where flavour, proportion and finish matter just as much as visual impact.
Trained in French patisserie, I draw inspiration from my travels through France, Italy and the United Stated, as well as from the thousands of families and couples I have had the pleasure of creating cakes for since 2013.
Approached as a culinary project
Each cake is designed as a centrepiece and approached as a culinary project that is thoughtfully balanced in flavour, structurally precise and finished with a clean, refined aesthetic. I work with couples who appreciate artistry, detail, balance and a seamless experience from consultation to delivery.
The Family Heritage
My love of baking runs in the family.
My great uncle was a pastry chef with owned his own bakery before the World War II, and some of his recipes are still preserved within our family today.
Eva Cockrell Cake Design delivers predominantly across Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire, with weddings further afield always considered.
