A little about me …

I am Eva, a pastry chef and a dietitian with over 10 years experience in cake making and decorating. I opened Eva Cockrell Cake Design back in 2013 in Cyprus where we lived, offering bespoke designer cakes and sugar floristry. We are currently based in Yardley Gobion, on the border of Milton Keynes and Northampton.

Love of baking runs in my family. My great uncle was a pastry chef with his own bakery, that was before the World War II. Some of his recipes are still used in my family today. I love creating decorated cakes, pastry and confectionary and even more I am passionate about bringing sugar to life through sugar flowers.

Because every cake is custom made, I’ll be happy to design the perfect cake for you. Whether you are after a traditional and elegant wedding cake, unique quirky or even a crazy sculpted birthday cake! I will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want, will draw upon experience, your ideas and enthusiasm to create something that you’ll remember forever. And because what’s inside definitely matters I have a large choice of flavours that taste as divine as they sound!

Eva Cockrell Cake Design predominantly deliver through Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire. If I can, I will always try and deliver further afield and even London is not an exception.
